Krisztina Van’t Veer, Woodrose
Krisztina first joined The Denver Waldorf School in August 2002 when her oldest daughter started Kindergarten at the age of four.
After several years working as a substitute and assistant teacher in the Kindergartens she became the lead teacher of Woodrose Kindergarten in 2011.
Krisztina is passionate about Waldorf education, protecting childhood and enjoys working with young children tremendously.
Krisztina grew up in Hungary. She has a BA in Social Work from Esslingen University for Applied Sciences, Germany. She worked with people with physical and learning challenges at Camphill Communities such as Dorfgemeinschaft Tennental in Germany and the Garvald Centre in Edinburgh, Scotland, before moving to Denver.
She completed her Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher training at Sound Circle Center for Arts and Anthroposophy in Seattle, Washington.
Krisztina loves being together with her family and friends, traveling the world, going on long walks and knitting socks.
