Scholarships at the Denver Waldorf School

The Denver Waldorf School offers multiple scholarships to our students enrolled in our Nursery, Preschool and Kindergarten, Grades 1-8 as well as our High School.

Diversity and Inclusivity Scholarship

In an effort to grow a more racially, ethnically and culturally diverse student body (including LGBTQ families and students), The Denver Waldorf School provides needs-based scholarships to qualified students and their families. The scholarships are open to all students (Pre-K through 12th grades) applying to or attending DWS. The number of scholarships and the amount granted will be determined based on applicant need and available funds each academic year.

Ilse Nathan Foundation Scholarship

The Ilse Nathan Foundation supports diversity in schools for children between the ages of 2 and 10. Each academic year, the scholarship is awarded to students of diversity with financial need. The scholarship is open to all students between the ages of 2 and 10 applying to or attending The Denver Waldorf School.

Joan Condon Scholarship

In an effort to support all of our families financially, The Denver Waldorf School’s Joan Condon Scholarship provides needs-based scholarships to qualified students and their families. These scholarships are open to all students applying to or attending DWS. The number of scholarships and the amount granted will be determined based on applicant need and available funds each academic year.

Blue Scholarship

For currently enrolled 8th Graders applying to the DWS High School

The DWS Blue Scholarship recognizes and offers practical support for dynamic, compassionate, striving students of The Denver Waldorf High School who have displayed excellence in Academics, the Arts, and/or Athletics.

Gold Scholarship

For currently enrolled DWHS 9 th, 10th, & 11th Graders

The DWS Gold Scholarship recognizes and offers practical support for dynamic, compassionate, striving students of The Denver Waldorf High School who have displayed excellence in Academics, the Arts, and/or Athletics.
