Parent Portal Updates & Access
We are pleased to announce our migration to a new student information system (SIS) and parent portal. We initiated the shift to BigSIS this summer, and are still working to roll out the full gamut of modules–everything from admissions to aftercare, and beyond! We anticipate it will take time for our community of faculty, staff, and parents to get used to the new interface and functionality, so if issues and questions arise, please contact IT Manager Talon Poole for guidance.

Parent Portal
Parents and guardians of currently enrolled DWS students will receive details for a unique login via email. If you have not yet received this email, please contact Talon Poole.
Once you successfully log in, you’ll see that your profile contains two categories of data: parent/guardian information and student information. Please verify that this information is correct.

Community Directory
As with our previous parent portal, one of the primary functions of our SIS is the Community Directory. If you prefer that your contact info be hidden in the portal from the rest of the DWS community, you can choose to not publish details such as your email address and phone number.
Back-to-School Forms
Once you’ve logged in and verified that all personal and student data is accurate, please head to the online forms section to complete and submit the Back-to-School forms for your student(s) by August 1, 2023. If your student enrolls after this deadline, please submit your completed BTS forms within two weeks of signing and submitting the enrollment contract.
Much of the information requested on the BTS forms is health-related data. Please contact Christa Gustafson if you have questions on immunization, allergies, medication, and the like.
