Event Info
Festivities begin with a cocktail hour at 6:00 pm. Grab a drink and check out the silent auction items. New this year: a Potions Pull featuring bottles of wine and spirits; and a Gift Card Wall. The auction is full of wonderful things!! Travel and vacation stays, Kids’ activities and camps. Tickets to concerts, plays and sporting events. Community classes at the school.
The main event starts at 7:00 pm in the Festival Hall. It’s sure to be a fun-filled evening with great food, conversation, and entertainment.
The silent auction will open at 8 am on Saturday March 14 and close at 8 pm during the event. Since the silent auction is virtual, you do not need to purchase a ticket to the live event to participate. However, you do need to register for the silent auction on the registration page.
Everyone who has purchased a ticket to the fundraiser will receive a link by text or email to login to the online bidding site. Be sure to log in before the event to browse the awesome auction!
FAQs
🚙 Parking – Parking is free at the school and in the surrounding neighborhood.
🚼 Childcare – Childcare will not be provided however, if you need a babysitter we have a list of high school students who are available for hire. Please email Brie Kaiser: [email protected].
🎉 Gala After Party – After the conclusion of the Gala program, please continue celebrating at the after party. Cash bar available.
🍽️ Menu and Dietary Restrictions – Menu and Dietary Restrictions- Gourmet food from a variety of community caterers including our friends at Angelica Village, and desserts from Kimberley Rapoza, a DWS mom, and Sula Schuyler, one of our seniors!
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available for dinner and dessert.
🎁 Item Pickup – Auction items can be picked up starting at 9:30 pm at the fundraising event. If you are not in attendance at that time, items can be picked up at The Denver Waldorf School the following week. Please email Kelly Molinet to arrange pick up: [email protected].
