How Waldorf Education Nourishes Development
Let us build an understanding and learn the relevance for the entire Waldorf school curriculum across the grades! During this parent ed evening, Dr. Adam Blanning will discuss four distinct ways that Waldorf curriculum uniquely and specifically connects to human development. With this spiraling approach, there will be points of reflection and relationships drawn between the grades. Together, we will learn how Waldorf pedagogy meets and supports human development and the overall significance of Waldorf education.

Dr. Blanning’s lecture runs from 3:45-4:30pm; following this, families will meet in the grades classrooms until 5:15pm.
About Dr. Adam Blanning
Adam Blanning MD is a Denver Waldorf School parent, and practices integrative and anthroposophic family medicine. He is president of the Anthroposophic Health Association (AHA), an umbrella organization for therapeutic associations working to bring anthroposophic insights into the realms of medicine, nursing, naturopathy, body therapies, artistic therapies, movement therapies and counselling. Dr. Blanning lectures and teaches nationally and internationally on topics relating to holistic medicine and the dynamics of human development, with a special interest in supporting children.
