Dear Talented Community Member,

I am excited to announce the Denver Waldorf School’s 45th Annual Holiday Fair Artisan Market being held Friday, December 6, 2019 from 6 – 9pm AND Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 9am-3pm.

Again, I am anticipating a market, full of talented artisans, that offers Denver’s best collection of uniquely handmade holiday gifts. I invite you to apply to the Artisan Market as part of our magical Holiday Fair; a delightful, old-fashioned celebration of the holiday season.  Our Artisan Market, held Friday & Saturday, has become known as a premier holiday shopping event by over 1200 attendees who are looking for exquisite handcrafted items.

Friday evening is our ‘UnWined event’; a spectacular shopping experience for 21 years and older ONLY (this includes artisans and guests). Along with your incredible offerings, a cash bar and festive live music are in store for this one-of-a-kind night out. Saturday everyone of all ages is invited.

For our chosen artisans, we offer a marketing package that includes free advertising on our school Holiday Fair website – a visual gift that is also informative and receives constant viewing beginning early Fall. You will be represented with a logo, a photo and contact information. The website is directly advertised to our email list of 1000’s and an event flyer is consistently posted on Facebook. As an artisan you will receive a link to forward to all of your clients, family and friends. In addition, we thoroughly promote our Holiday Fair & Artisan Market in neighborhood publications throughout Denver, on dozens of online group sites, via mailers and hand posted flyer.

I hope you would like to be considered for this year’s Artisan Market. If so, please return the artisan application and submit a photo of your work no later than September 10th, 2019. The electronic application is simple to fill out & return and is available at this link. Paper copies are also available on the Community Kiosk inside our school beginning August 26th.

For consideration, please send the following by September 10th, 2019:

  • Application
  • A jpeg, png or photo of your product
  • Credit Card payments can be made via online via an e-invoice. Cash & checks payable to DWS.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • In addition to entry fee, 20% of your TWO days sales, payable to DWS, will be collected on Saturday, December 7th at 3pm. (20% collected on your first $1,400 only; we graciously accept any additional contribution you offer.)
  • Current DWS Students: 20% is NOT mandatorily collected from your sales; 5-10% donation gladly accepted.
  • Spaces are 8’x8’.
  • A limited number of spaces have electricity~available upon request with application ~on a first come basis.
  • $20 charge for a 6 ft. table rental, if requested. (bring your own chair with pads on the feet.)
  • Set up time is Friday afternoon, December 6th from 3:30-5:45pm.
    (please make sure all displays and tables have pads on bottom)
