Calling All Winter Fair Merchants

We are excited to announce The Denver Waldorf School’s 49th annual Winter Fair Artisan Market. Learn more below on applying to be a Winter Fair merchant at both events:

UnWined — Friday, December 1st from 6-9pm (adults only)
Winter Fair — Saturday, December 2nd from 9am-3pm

Full of talented artisans and makers of unique holiday gifts and handcrafted items, the Artisan Market is a premier shopping event that is part of our magical Winter Fair. More details to come on this delightful, old-fashioned celebration of the holiday season.

Merchant Fees

$60 merchant fee per 8’x8’ space; limited electricity available on a first-come-first-served basis
$20 table rental fee per 6 ft. table (optional); chair not provided
*20% of your sales, payable by check at the end of the fair*

*We collect 20% on your first $1,400 made; beyond that we accept any additional contribution you offer.

Ways to Pay

Merchants may pay by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by check, please make payable to The Denver Waldorf School and either mail or drop off at 2100 South Pennsylvania St. Denver, CO 80210.
