Our deadline to apply is February 1. Learn more on our admissions process and key dates and deadlines for first-time applicants below.

Requirements and Steps

Our robust curriculum and our community are unlike any that you’ll find in Denver. Therefore, our admissions process aims to ensure prospective students are a good fit. This includes taking an in-person tour, applying online, shadowing, and interviews with our faculty and staff.

*Please note: We maintain a waiting pool of applicants year round. If you miss the application deadline or would like to inquire about potential openings, please contact Admissions Director Karlena Alonso Lamm.

In-person tour

Currently, we are conducting campus tours when students are not onsite (afternoons and weekends). Learn more on how to schedule a tour of our early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school programs.

Online application

After touring, applicants can apply online. Nonrefundable fees are as follows: $75 for early childhood through 11th grade; $150 for international and exchange students.

Shadow days

We strongly encourage students applying for 2nd through 11th grades to shadow for 3 full days of class. This gives them a chance to get to know their potential classmates and teachers, and get a feel for the Waldorf experience. During the shadow days, students will meet with our support staff to receive assessments in Math, Reading, and Writing.

All applicants and their families will have the opportunity to interview with our faculty and staff as follows:

    • ECE Conducted by our ECE teachers
    • Grades 1-8 — Conducted by the class teacher
    • Grades 9-11 — Conducted by our High School Director, Admissions Manager, Student Support Coordinator, and School Counselor
