Margaret comes to us after 15 years at the Idyllwild Arts Academy, where she served as Chair of the Humanities Department, taught English/Language Arts, and also worked in student support. Margaret has a M.,Ed. in Holistic and Integrative Education, and has focused on working with students to develop their analytical writing skills across the grade levels. Previously she taught 9th grade English, 11th grade Honors American Literature, and various 12th grade writing courses and electives including: Science Fiction and Society, Contemporary Literature, Contemporary Poetry, and College Composition. Additionally, she has developed Language Arts curricula for elementary and middle school homeschool instruction.
